Marking Technologies
To guarantee the uniqueness, traceability, and authenticity of each seal, Dejoie offers several marking techniques tailored to different materials (plastic, metal) and to the specific requirements of each industry. These technologies ensure reliable, tamper-proof, and long-lasting identification of security devices.
Available Marking Technologies
Hot stamping
An imprint left on plastic using a heated die, with or without a colored foil. This permanent result is ideal for logos and visual identifiers.
Laser marking
A superficial engraving by burning the material (plastic or metal). Offers high precision and security, with a nearly indelible monochrome marking.
Thermal transfer
Printed by contact using a transfer ribbon. High-definition marking, particularly suited for barcodes and data matrix codes requiring perfect readability.
Crimping or embossing
A special plier is used to deform the seal (crimping).
